I have booked a job, now what?

You will be sent an email confirming your job and you will receive a text message as soon as our Tradie accepts the job and they will advise you of an estimated time of arrival within the next 2 hours.

What about Materials?

Materials used are charged extra to the Fixed Fee.  All materials used will be charged at a similar rate to what a non-trades person would expect to pay at a local retailer.

You will be required to make payment to the Tradie for the materials after completion of the job.  A tax invoice for the materials will be sent the next business day.

What if the job takes longer?

If the job takes longer than the allocated 45 minutes and you agree for our Tradesman to continue, you will be charged at $22.00 per 15 minutes plus gst between the hours of 6am to 6pm Monday – Friday  (still no catches) OR $30 per 15 minutes plus gst for jobs Monday – Friday 6pm – 6am and weekends and Public Holidays

OR

for larger jobs you may elect for us to come back during the day to complete the job at an even more competitive price, again with no call out fees, just billed from the moment we start the job.

Self-Help Questions

The self-help questions are in place to help you problem solve, and/or located the problem, which may lead to you solving the Emergency yourself.

If you are a tenant, by answering the self-help questions you also remove some liability from being billed from the Real Estate Agent / Landlord.

For a Landlord, TradeCall 24/7 prides itself in attending to emergencies only when needed. By having the tenant answer a series of self-help questions, the tenant decreases the chances of us having to attend for minor situations that can be easily solved.

What if the problem resolves itself after I have booked the job?

If you have booked the job and then no longer need us, you will have to respond to the text message straight away and you will be refunded your money excluding credit card fees the next business day.

However, if our Tradie is already on their way, or have arrived at your site and you no longer need us, then you will be billed for 1/2 the cost.

The money will be refunded to you the next business day if it is out of normal business hours.
